Return and Refund Policy

All products we offer are brand new. We do not accept returns for opened or used products if you are not satisfied.

All packages and products are insured. If the product is defective, unusable, or damaged during shipping, please take photos as proof and contact customer service immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund the payment to the original payment method.

Please note: If a product is out of stock or cannot be delivered within the expected time due to any reason, MYKIWISHOP.CO.NZ reserves the right to modify or cancel the order. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
