All products are shipped internationally from New Zealand. We offer a single flat rate for shipping to eligible countries with direct international delivery. We will arrange suitable logistics or courier services for you, and all shipments include tracking numbers and shipping insurance, allowing you to track your order status directly on our website. If you are unable to track your order yourself, please contact customer service.

Shipping from New Zealand to Taiwan mainly uses consolidated shipping routes, with our company handling taxes and customs clearance. Buyersdo not incur any additional taxes. After arrival in Taiwan, delivery will be arranged via home delivery or designated convenience store pickup.

Except for tax-free routes, for other countries we do not cover any additional customs fees or import taxes, which must be borne by the buyer. All orders must be paid in full through the website at checkout.
