Refund policy
All products we offer are brand new. To ensure hygiene and safety, health supplements, food, skincare, and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped unless there is a quality or damage issue. Returns due to dissatisfaction with product use are not accepted.
All packages and products are insured. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any issues such as damage, defects, wrong items, missing items, or discrepancies with the order immediately by taking photos and contacting customer service. We will handle replacements or refunds to the original payment method accordingly.
If a product is out of stock and cannot be delivered within the expected timeframe, MYKIWISHOP.CO.NZ reserves the right to modify or cancel the order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
