Taiwan orders mainly use consolidated shipping, with our company handling international transport, customs clearance, and related taxes. Customers generally do not need to pay additional import taxes.

Since consolidated shipments are scheduled weekly rather than sent immediately per order, this method is not suitable for urgent deliveries. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping to Other Countries

Except for items marked as tax-free or DDP, other countries may incur local customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which the recipient is responsible for.

US Shipping

STEP 4|Order Shipment and Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Different shipping methods may provide:

  • DHL or New Zealand Post Tracking

All products are stocked and shipped from New Zealand, not from Taiwan.
