Taiwan Shipping Information

Taiwan orders mainly use consolidated shipping, with our company handling international transport, customs clearance, and related taxes. Customers generally do not need to pay additional import taxes.

Since consolidated shipping is scheduled weekly and not sent immediately per order, it is not suitable for urgent deliveries. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping to Other Countries

Except for specially marked tax-free or DDP routes, other countries may incur local customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which must be paid by the recipient.

US Shipping

All US orders now use Duties Delivery Paid (DDP) shipping, with import duties included. There are no hidden extra charges, so you can shop with confidence.

STEP 3|Complete Payment

Currently, the website only accepts credit card payments. After payment is completed, an order confirmation will be automatically sent to your email. You can also check your order status and purchase history in your member center.

STEP 4|Order Shipment and Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after the order is shipped.

Different shipping methods may provide:

  • International Logistics Tracking Number
  • Local Courier Tracking Number
  • DHL or New Zealand Post Tracking

You can check delivery progress directly on the website or through the logistics system.

Delivery Times

All products are stocked and shipped from New Zealand, not from Taiwan.

Typical delivery time is approximately 2–4 weeks (excluding holidays).

Order Modifications and Cancellations
