Shipping Policy

All products are shipped internationally from New Zealand, with no alternative routes. Except for shipments to Taiwan, which use international consolidated shipping followed by local delivery, other countries use a single flat rate with direct international shipping. We will arrange suitable logistics or courier services for you, and all shipments include tracking numbers and shipping insurance, allowing full tracking. If you are unable to check your order status yourself, please contact customer service.

Shipments from New Zealand to Taiwan primarily use a unified consolidation route, with our company handling taxes and customs clearance, so you will not incur additional tax charges. Except for tax-free routes, for other countries we do not cover any extra customs fees or import taxes, which must be borne by the buyer. All orders must be paid in full on the website at checkout.
