Other ingredients: vegetable glycerin, Irish moss, jojoba oil, Celtic sea salt, citric acid, water.

Directions

For adults and children aged 12 and above, take 5–10ml per dose, 3–4 times daily. It is recommended to use 1 hour before meals. Shake well before use, hold in the mouth for about 10 seconds before swallowing, or consult a healthcare professional for advice.
