The liquid form can be taken directly or held in the mouth briefly before swallowing, as recommended, to enhance the menthol and herbal aroma.

• Essential Oils: Rosemary, Lemon, Lime, Clove Bud, Pine Bark, Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, and Peppermint oils, each at 0.0017ml.
• Iodine 0.22mcg.
Other ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, Irish moss, Jojoba oil, Celtic sea salt, citric acid, water.

Directions

Adults and children aged 12 and over: take 5–10ml per dose, 3–4 times daily. Shake well before use. It is recommended to hold the liquid in the mouth for about 10 seconds before swallowing, or consult a healthcare professional for advice.
