Key Ingredients

Each serving contains the following herbs: 1000mg Valerian Root, 1000mg Lemon Balm, 1000mg Passionflower, 1000mg Licorice, and 1000mg Hops. Valerian Root, Passionflower, and Lemon Balm are commonly used in herbal blends for relaxation before bedtime.

Directions
