Directions

For adults, take 2 tablets 30–60 minutes before bedtime, or use as directed by a healthcare professional.

Important Notes

This product contains valerian root, which may cause drowsiness. Avoid driving, operating machinery, or consuming alcohol after use. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. In rare cases, valerian may be associated with liver discomfort. If you experience unusual fatigue, nausea, dark urine, or jaundice, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
