Each tablet contains no less than 2.5 billion CFU of Streptococcus salivarius K12 (BLIS K12™). BLIS K12 is a probiotic strain derived from a healthy oral and throat environment, commonly used in daily care formulas for the mouth, throat, and upper respiratory tract. Directions

Adults and children over 3 years old: take 1–2 tablets daily, preferably after brushing teeth, allowing them to dissolve slowly in the mouth. For higher needs, up to 4 tablets daily. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use, or consult a healthcare professional for advice.
