Each 1ml contains the following Bach Flower Essences:
Mimulus (Mimulus guttatus) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 250ng/mL of fresh plant: formulated to support daily emotional calm and stress management.
White Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 250ng/mL of fresh plant.
Rock Rose (Helianthemum nummularium) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 250ng/mL of fresh plant.
Clematis (Clematis vitalba) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 250ng/mL of fresh plant.
Impatiens (Impatiens glandulifera) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 250ng/mL of fresh plant.
Aspen (Populus tremula) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 1.25µL/mL of fresh plant.
Star of Bethlehem (Ornithogalum umbellatum) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 1.25µL/mL of fresh plant.
Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 1.25µL/mL of fresh plant.

Directions

Aim the nozzle at the mouth and spray 2 times onto the tongue each use; can be repeated as needed. Please follow the product’s recommended dosage or consult a healthcare professional for advice.
