Each 1ml contains the following Bach flower essence formula:
White Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 250ng/mL of fresh plant: a flower essence blend for restless thoughts before sleep.
Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 250ng/mL of fresh plant.
Vervain (Verbena officinalis) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 250ng/mL of fresh plant.
Impatiens (Impatiens glandulifera) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 250ng/mL of fresh plant.
Elm (Ulmus minor) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 1.25µL/mL of fresh plant.
Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera) 25nL/mL, equivalent to 1.25µL/mL of fresh plant.
Other ingredients and amounts are as indicated on the packaging.

Directions
