Each 15ml contains 163mg of Black Elderberry fruit juice powder, equivalent to 5.7g of fresh juice; 55mg of Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid); and 1.3mg of Zinc (as Zinc Oxide).
Other ingredients: Glucose, Glycerol, Citric acid, Potassium sorbate, Natural flavors.

Directions

For ages 2–4, take 5ml daily; ages 5–11, take 10ml daily; ages 12 and above, take 15ml daily. Shake well before use or consult a healthcare professional for advice.
