Key Ingredients

Key ingredients: Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), and Lavender Oil, a herbal blend designed to support relaxation and stress management before bedtime.

Each tablet contains 20mg of Lavender Oil, 150mg of Passionflower extract (equivalent to 750mg of dried aerial parts), and 150mg of Ashwagandha extract (equivalent to 1.5g or 1500mg of dried root), standardized to 3.75mg of Withanolides.
